Due to exciting growth and expansion within our nurseries in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud & Dursley, we are seeking to appoint to the new role of Early Years Strategic Lead to work alongside the Family Support Strategic Lead and with the Business Manager, to ensure sustainable high quality early years education and care across all seven Early Years settings in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud & Dursley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Aspires Early Years provision within our Children and Family centres in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Dursley and surrounding areas. You will have direct line management of six dedicated and experienced Early Years Leads, who head up teams of Early Years Educators at each of the seven settings.
The successful candidate will have:
1. A Level 7 management qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience, and /or willingness to work towards e.g NPQICL, NPQEYL
2. A relevant professional Early Years & Child Development related qualification, e.g Early Years Childhood Studies or a related degree, Early Years Teacher status, Early Years Professional Status
Grade/Salary: Executive Reward Band 2 (FTE £53,523 to £56,497)
Salary: £49,973 (for 37 hours/week Term Time only (39 weeks to include inset days) plus 2 weeks - total of 41 weeks/year)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Family Support Worker to join our professional and dedicated Targeted Family Support Team. This is a full-time role for a fixed term; for 12 months initially until 2025, with potential to extend.
To make a vital contribution to the direct delivery of a high-quality targeted family support service for families with children aged 0 - 11 years old across Cheltenham and Tewkesbury localities.
The successful candidate will work alongside Gloucestershire County and District Councils teams, Independent Agencies, local partnerships and the voluntary sector to support and implement the countywide Early Help offer.
The successful candidate will have NVQ 4 or above in childcare, education, health and social care or NVQ 3 in Child Care, Health or Social Care and expectation to work towards a Level 4. You will also demonstrate a willingness to undertake other training appropriate to the role.
Grade/Salary: Grade 7 (pts 21-25) £30,825 to £33,945 p.a

We have an exciting opportunity for qualified Early Years Educators to join all our settings across Cheltenham, Dursley and Stroud.
We are looking for qualified staff (Level 3). Contracts are available for both full time (37 hours/week) and part-time (20 hours/week) staff who wish to work Term time only (39 weeks a year). These contracts will be permanent.
Successful qualified candidates will work as Key Person to children aged 2-4 years to deliver high quality early years education. Aspire Foundation is currently expanding and developing high quality family support services for families with young children to help build confidence, social skills and relationships.
As a Community Family Worker, you will work in partnership with parents and local community-based services to provide expert support and services to ensure children thrive and meet their full potential, through group work and bespoke support for the young children and their families.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Clerk to support the Board of Directors at Aspire Foundation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and/or possibly a school setting previously. They will provide advice and guidance to the Board of Directors on governance, constitutional and procedural matters, whilst also ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Board of Directors.
You will prepare for meetings, hearings and appeals, taking and distributing minutes/notes etc; ensure all records are maintained and Directors are kept up to date on legal and constitutional matters.
The hours for the role are 50 hours per annum and, you will be expected to attend all Board meetings which take place approximately 5 times each year, primarily from 4pm onwards (Monday to Friday). Some flexibility required around hours worked.
You will be a good communicator with excellent administration and organisational skills, who enjoys working with others as part of a team.
